Meeting Dad!

Thaddeus is home and he has adjusted amazingly well!
He has a contagious laugh and smile, and is a practical joker to boot.
He frequently gives unsolicited hugs and "I love you's".
He is affectionate and playful.
It is so wonderful to experience every new situation through his eyes. From the OOOOhs and AAAAhs when discovering a freezer full of food, to his delight when opening his closet door exposing all his clothes. He is so proud of his room and all his belongings. Playing board games is his favorite thing to do. He has his own version of playing every game and we are so enjoying seeing a new twist on old games. He proudly sings almost all of his ABC's and he is really picking up English, saying more and more words. He has incredible enthusiasm for every new experience. As a family we learn so much from him every day. Seeing things through him has made us each stop and think about all that we take for granted. A recent trip to Target was nothing short of a fantasy trip for him! He let out a huge sigh when walking through the doors, and paused to look at everything along the way. Lets just say we were there a pretty long time....... We are so grateful to have him as a part of our family!
